Alarm code means something different on the newer firmware

Alarm F-22 on a 2021 unit means encoder fault; on firmware 4.x (2024+) the same code means drive communication timeout. The technician has the older manual.

What the agent does

  1. Read the firmware version from the HMI screenshot or history record
  2. Select the manual revision and bulletin that apply to that firmware
  3. Return the correct diagnostic tree and flag that the older manual is wrong for this unit

What you get back

Checklist for the correct firmware with an explicit note: 'F-22 on fw 4.x = drive comms, not encoder (older manual §9.2 does not apply)'.
