New service bulletin changes a procedure in the manual

A bulletin revises the belt tension spec. Technicians still cite the manual value.

What the agent does

  1. Index the bulletin against the manual sections it affects
  2. Ensure checklists cite the bulletin value with the manual page marked as superseded
  3. Flag open work orders that used the old value

What you get back

Future checklists show the new value with 'per SB-2026-03, supersedes manual §5.2'; a list of recent WOs to review.
