Dealer workspaces
Scope, dealer notes, billing options and network reporting for OEMs with distributor service networks.
Scope
A dealer workspace is granted product lines. Within them the dealer sees the OEM's manuals, bulletins, parts and resolution index, and its own work orders. It does not see other dealers' workspaces or OEM internal engineering material unless granted.
Dealer notes
A dealer can approve its own resolutions as dealer notes. They are labelled non-OEM, appear only in that dealer's checklists, and are cited as dealer notes with the approver's name. The OEM can view them for awareness; they never enter the OEM index without OEM approval.
Users and roles
Dealer admin, technician. SSO on Network and Enterprise. Technicians use web or mobile.
Billing
Dealer workspaces can be covered by the OEM's plan (cases roll up to the OEM) or billed directly to the dealer with its own plan. The usage ledger is per workspace either way.
Network reporting (OEM view)
Cases, escalation rate, second-visit rate and most-escalated symptoms by dealer and model. Identifies where bulletins are needed and which dealers need training. Work-order text is not exposed to the OEM unless the dealer shares it.
