Getting started

One product line, one service organisation, two weeks: upload the knowledge, confirm the index, run real cases.

Before you start

An early-access agreement (or Marketplace subscription once listed); a product-line owner on your side; one product family's manuals, bulletins, parts catalogue and a work-order export.

1. Workspace and product line

Create the OEM workspace; add the first product line with its models and revisions. Upload the installed-base record (model, serial, revision, options, firmware, upgrades) as CSV — this is the key that selects the right documents per unit.

2. Knowledge upload

Manuals per revision, service bulletins, parts catalogue, schematics, and a closed-work-order export. Indexing runs the same day. Review the proposed structure once: which manual sections are safety sequences, which bulletins change which sections, which work-order fields hold the resolution text.

3. Hard rules confirmed

Safety sequences are marked and locked first-in-checklist. The named senior engineer per product line is set as the escalation target. These cannot be changed by technicians.

4. Technicians and dealers

Invite technicians (web and mobile). Add dealer workspaces with product-line scope if applicable; dealer notes stay in the dealer's workspace.

5. First cases

Technicians run real cases: photo, alarm, serial, a sentence. Review the first twenty with the senior engineer — this is where the index gets its corrections.

6. Work orders and loop

Summaries are drafted per case and exported. Recurring escalations start producing draft bulletins for the expert to approve.

Early access

Some capabilities on this site describe designed behaviour not yet live. The workspace shows what is enabled.

Field Triage is in early access.

We are onboarding a small number of design partners with real documents and real deadlines. Tell us what you work on and we will set up a workspace with your material.
